HeatPrep is built with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Your workout data stays on your devices.

Data We Do Not Collect

HeatPrep does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Health or fitness data
• Device identifiers

Data Stored On Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch only:

• Race configurations: The stations, amounts, weights, and split settings you create
• Workout data: Heart rate, distance, pace, and timing recorded during a race on your Apple Watch
• Saved trainings: Your saved race setups for future use

This data never leaves your devices. It is not sent to any server or third party.

Apple Health

HeatPrep can save workout data to Apple Health with your permission. This data is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework and governed by Apple's privacy policies. We do not access or read any data from Apple Health beyond what is generated during your HeatPrep workout sessions.

Communication Between Devices

HeatPrep uses Apple's WatchConnectivity framework to transfer race plans between your iPhone and Apple Watch. This communication happens directly between your paired devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and does not pass through any external servers.

Third-Party Services

HeatPrep does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

HeatPrep does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since we do not collect any data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
